We aim to transform the idea of "しかない"（inevitable) into "しかたなくない" (not inevitable) by making invisible struggles related to bodies and sexuality visible, fostering discussions, and encouraging collective reflection. This social project, launched in December 2021, invites everyone—not just those directly affected—to think critically about these issues under the unifying slogan #しかたなくない.

Partnering with organizations like Shibuya Mirai Design, we continue our efforts to challenge resignation and create a society where people don’t have to accept concerns about their bodies and sexuality as unchangeable simply. We strive to drive gradual yet meaningful social progress through collaborations with companies and organizations.

カラダや性のモヤモヤを社会全体で対話する

性やカラダにまつわる「しかたない」を可視化し、みんなで話し合い、考える機会をつくることで「しかたなくない」へ変えていきたい。当事者に限らず、すべての人に考えてもらえるように「#しかたなくない」を合言葉にしたソーシャル・プロジェクト。
2021年12月に発足した本プロジェクトは、渋谷未来デザインをはじめとしたパートナーと「＃しかたなくない」を合言葉に活動を継続している。これからも性や体にまつわる悩みを「しかたない」で諦めなくていい社会を目指し、さまざまな企業・団体と協業して少しずつ社会を前進させていく。

TOU is a project developed in collaboration with Panasonic’s open innovation project, Aug Lab. TOU responds to outdoor wind, introducing gentle, organic motion into a room. It creates a meditative atmosphere, encouraging relaxation and expanding thought.

TOU was featured at the international art competition KYOTO STEAM 2020 at the Kyoto City Kyocera Museum of Art, where it was exhibited to audiences from Japan and beyond.

Global chemical company Daicel and creative media outlet Chizai Zukan have jointly developed and operated Bipass, a web media platform dedicated to exploring new resource pathways.

Focusing on biomass, Daicel’s core technology, Bipass goes beyond the company’s initiatives to feature efforts from various organizations and industries. By encouraging discussions and raising awareness, it aims to expand the social recognition of biomass and build a network of contributors working toward a sustainable future.

文化的背景が強い茶道の場で “脳波から生み出される音楽によって、感情の揺れ動きを表現する” 実験を、1 人の亭主と 12 名の客人と共に行った。

IDEA ARENA (Sàn Đấu Ý Tưởng in Vietnamese) is a voting-based idea battle designed to address Vietnam’s social challenges with a positive approach. Two teams, led by key opinion leaders (KOLs), presented innovative solutions to social issues, and citizens participated by voting for their favorite concepts.

Voting took place over four weeks in Ho Chi Minh City through voting booths at AEON malls, a dedicated website, and Facebook. The campaign garnered over 30,000 votes and even attracted collaboration inquiries from local businesses.

Organized by the Vietnam-based Aureole Group (parent company: Mitani Sangyo), this initiative was part of a national campaign and also recognized as a commemorative project for the 50th anniversary of Japan-Vietnam diplomatic relations.

より良いベトナムの未来のための、投票型アイデア対決プロジェクト

IDEA ARENA（ベトナム語：Sàn Đấu Ý Tưởng）は、ベトナムの社会課題とポジティブに向き合うための投票型アイデアバトル。
KOL率いる2つのチームが提案する、社会問題を解決するための未来プロダクトに対して、市民は投票で参加することができる。投票は4週連続に渡ってホーチミン市で開催され、イオン内の投票ブース、特設WEBサイト、Facebookを通じて行われた。結果、合計3万票を超える投票が集まり、地元企業からコラボの問い合わせもあった。
本プロジェクトは、ベトナムを拠点とするAureoleグループ（親会社：三谷産業）によるナショナルキャンペーンとして実施され、「日越外交関係樹立50周年」の記念プロジェクトにも採択されている。

部屋の機嫌で育つ「観情植物」

デジタル上の新しい植物のプロトタイプ開発

部屋の雰囲気(感情)を栄養にして育つデジタル上の新しい植物「Log Flower(ログフラワー)」のプロトタイプ開発を実施。「半歩未来のアイデアを開発するプロジェクト『GG(仮) 』」における、開発パートナーとして参画した。

Log Flowerは吸収する感情によって成長の仕方が変わっていく「空間の写し鏡」のような存在であり、人びとの「いま」のコミュニケーションのあり方に気づきをもたらし、ひとの心のあり方を前向きに導く存在。世界にひとつだけの「観情植物」を通し、世の中にメッセージを投げかけた。

BWTC is an innovative art project that explores the value of information in today’s world, where people unknowingly exchange various forms of intangible data. The project purchases brainwave data directly from visitors and, using a proprietary algorithm, transforms this data into unique paintings. These artworks are then exhibited and made available for sale.

BWTCは、目には見えないさまざまなデータが無意識に取引される現代で、情報の価値について考え、新たな取引の形を模索するための作品である。 来場者から実際に脳波データを買い取り、そのデータ群から独自のアルゴリズムを用いて絵画を生成し、展示・販売を行う。2022年に千代田アーツ3331を会場としてプロジェクトがスタートし、1,000名を超える来場者から脳波を買い取っている。

Mikan Shimokita, a mixed-use complex under the Shimokitazawa Station overpass, has attracted attention since its opening. As part of the station redevelopment, the area is being redefined as Tokyo’s Experimental District Shimokitazawa, with Mikan Shimokita serving as its central hub. Konel contributed as the branding partner for this project.
