不条理がなくなると、疑問を持たなくなる。
不意をつかれなくなると、驚かなくなる。
予定調和の連続である超快適社会の中では、ヒトらしさが失われて行くリスクがある。
不意、不規則、不安、不満、不明、不便、不条理、不完全。
ヒトが退化しないためには、多様な「予定不調和」が必要なのではないか？
UN_は、予定不調和の必要性を探る実験プロジェクトです。

NASAの観測データと繋がった1/(2600^e20)サイズの地球。
複雑な気象情報の中から「落雷」のレイヤーだけを抽出し、リアルな雷として再現するランダム家電です。
何にもコントロールされない「不規則」な現象を生活に取り入れるための実験を行います。
Sleep, meal, entertainment, transportation, learning, exercise…
An extremely comfortable society where everything is provided at ease has already started.
But is there compensation? Anxiety lies within us.
Lack of unhandiness leads to no creativity.
Lack of unreasonableness leads to no curiosity.
Lack of unexpectedness leads to no surprise.
In the society of extreme comfort, where everything is expected and planned, our natural human traits are put into risk.
Unpredictable, unorthodox, uneasy, unsatisfied, unknown, unreasonable, unfulfilled…
Maybe we need “uncertainty” so that humans will not deteriorate.
UN_ is an experimental project looking for the need for uncertainty.

LIGHTNING BALL
A model of planet earth with a size of 1/(2600^e20) is connected with Nasa observation data.
By extracting only layers of thunderbolts from complicated meteorology data, this home appliance will reproduce realistic lightning at random.
We conducted an experiment that incorporates unpredictability that is uncontrollable by anything in our daily lives.
