A Hub for Spreading Untapped Innovation
Konel’s Creative Studio
Located in Mikan Shimokita, a cultural hub embracing the unfinished space between work and play, our studio was established as a platform for sharing unpublished ideas.
From brand-new works by creators to innovative talks, prototype testing by companies, and experimental live performances, Sunabako is a place where boundaries dissolve. It encourages anyone to step onto the stage, transforming both presenters and audiences into discoverers of the unknown.
With the adjacent metaverse space "Sunaverse", the studio expands the possibilities of expression, enabling digital art, immersive installations, and new forms of creative interaction.
Creation
Branding
As Konel’s first in-house studio, we designed the interior and branding strategy.
The name "Sunabako" originates from "Sandbox," a term in engineering for a virtual testing environment, reflecting the studio's experimental and evolving nature.
Interior Design
A sand-textured wall at the entrance leads into a versatile white space designed for unrestricted creative expression. The studio is fully equipped for recording, live streaming, filming, a three-sided projection system, and a green screen setup, making it an ideal space for development, experimentation, and presentation.
