Pulse Pack

Heart-Sync Bag

CALM YOURSELF SLOWLY.

Pulse Pack is a wearable bag that lets you feel your own heartbeat. In modern life, our attention tends to drift outward. Constant exposure to stimulation keeps us reacting and can heighten sensitivity, affecting both our emotions and overall well-being. Pulse Pack was created to redirect that outward focus inward — back to ourselves.

Concept

We live surrounded by countless connections. Yet technology has amplified them to the point where constant reactions and decisions are demanded of us, stirring our emotions again and again. Before we realize it, the space we need to stay calm and true to ourselves begins to fade from daily life.

You may feel the same as you read this. So how can we regain a sense of ease and authenticity?

Traveling to unfamiliar places can help. Training the body and learning meditation can also be effective. We believe in these approaches. But at Konel, we wanted to invent something closer to everyday life — something small yet meaningful that helps people remain calm.

Our answer is PulsePack, a wearable bag that lets you connect with your own heartbeat.

Experience & Design

Pulse Pack reads your heartbeat and moves gently at half its pace. As its slow rhythm begins to align with your own, your awareness gradually turns inward. You start to step back from external pressures — the gaze of others, the constant flow of information, and the pull of material consumption.

With this distance comes a sense of calm. In that quiet moment, you can feel your emotions settle and soften. The shift is subtle. Yet we believe it can quietly and steadily inspire change in your daily life and, over time, in society as a whole.

Exhibition

Pulse Pack is scheduled to be unveiled at Milan Design Week 2026 as the first solo exhibition following the launch of Konel’s Milan branch. The exhibition positions invention as a bridge to culture and as a platform for generating discussion within a global context.

Visitors will be able to experience heartbeat synchronization firsthand. Presented as an immersive installation, the exhibition will convey not only the product’s functions but also the Japanese philosophical ideas that shape its concept.
