Daiei questioned the outdated practices holding back the manufacturing industry. To lead the industry into the future, the company decided to rebrand itself, embodying the ideal of flexibility and adaptability in addressing challenges.

Creation

A Flexible Compass as a Symbol

We designed an arrow-based logo to reflect Daiei's pioneering spirit. The arrow has no fixed direction, symbolizing flexibility and openness to change. This concept became the foundation for all designs, from business cards and envelopes to the corporate website. The website, which incorporates this adaptable philosophy, received an Honorable Mention from Awwwards.
