2025年大阪・関西万博の住友館が展開する共創プロジェクト「ミライのタネ」では、住友グループが有する約700件の最先端技術をデータベース化し、「ideaflow」を基盤としたAIエンジンによって未来のアイデア「ミライのタネ」を創出。創られた「ミライのタネ」は万博会場内で元になった技術の説明と共に展示される。最終的には誰もがキーワードを選ぶだけで「ミライのタネ」を簡単に創出・活用できるWEBプラットフォームを構築し、未来の共創を促進するプロジェクトとなった。

Buddies is an AI platform that leverages cognitive neuroscience and generative AI to visualize human relationships and spark new connections. By analyzing behavioral rhythms through neuroscience data and interpreting relational cues via text-based AI, Buddies identifies compatible collaborators and suggests ideas for potential projects. Rather than relying solely on surface-level information, it also considers unconscious behavioral patterns supporting innovation and meaningful encounters.

- Log Flower
We developed a prototype for Log Flower, a digital plant that thrives on the emotional atmosphere of a space. As a development partner in GG—a project exploring near-future ideas—we helped bring this concept to life.
- Cyber Wagashi
Cyber Wagashi are innovative traditional Japanese sweets created using 3D food printers and unique algorithms based on weather data. Their shape and color adapt to factors like wind speed, air pressure, and temperature, offering a sensory experience that allows you to taste and connect with the weather of the day.
- BWTC
BWTC is an innovative art project that explores the value of information in today’s world, where people unknowingly exchange various forms of intangible data. The project purchases brainwave data directly from visitors and, using a proprietary algorithm, transforms this data into unique paintings. These artworks are then exhibited and made available for sale.
- Time Travel Postcard
Time Travel Postcard is an interactive experience where you receive a postcard—from your future self, 20 years ahead.Visitors simply input four things:①Name②Age③Future dream④A photo Using AI, the system visualizes you in the future—having achieved your dream and exploring a distant place in the world. It then generates and prints a postcard, sent “from” that future destination, complete with a photo of your future self. A glimpse into the life you're aiming for—delivered from tomorrow.

SCAN THE WORLD (STW) is an ongoing project led by artists Kenta Ishige and BIEN, focused on capturing urban landscapes using handheld scanners. Through discussions with the artists and a deeper understanding of the project, we created a website as an interactive art piece.
- WEATHER TWIN
WEATHER TWIN is a lighting installation that changes its expression in sync with the weather, temperature, wind speed, and direction of a specific region. Connected to real-time local weather data, it illuminates buildings with varying colors, speeds, directions, and rhythms. Like nature itself, the installation never appears the same way twice, offering a unique experience every time. Designed for large-scale architecture, this installation evolves daily, reflecting the region’s ever-changing weather conditions in a dynamic and captivating way.
- TAKE and GIVE NEEDS
Take and Give Needs is expanding its hospitality business by revamping its corporate visual identity. Since 1998, the company has been a leader in Japan’s wedding industry, introducing the house wedding market, a venue style that creates a private, home-like atmosphere for ceremonies. In response to the impact of COVID-19, it refined its corporate philosophy and refreshed its brand identity to align with its future direction.
- ZZZN LISTEN AND SLEEP
The live event "ZZZN – LISTEN AND SLEEP" was held at Yoshiike Ryokan, a historic inn in Hakone. Combining entertainment and sleep technology, the project explored new frontiers in sleep experiences, allowing guests to drift into slumber while listening to live performances.

We built a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platform that enables one-stop cosmetics production, development, and sales. By implementing a fully on-demand and digitalized system, this service significantly reduces both production lead time and initial costs, which were previously constrained by large-lot manufacturing requirements.
