A web magazine dedicated to amplifying the voices and visions of those shaping Nihonbashi’s future. By connecting local changemakers, it aims to spark new collaborative actions within the city. Launched in 2019, it features interviews and reports covering a diverse range of individuals and organizations. We led the planning, editing, and content production for the magazine.

- SAKURA FES NIHONBASHI
Now in its 11th year, Nihonbashi’s flagship spring event, SAKURA FES NIHONBASHI, has become a well-established platform for new ideas and community connection. To strengthen the festival’s brand and ensure sustainable growth, Konel led the overall creative direction. By redefining what makes Nihonbashi unique, we developed designs and strategies with a long-term vision for the festival’s future.
- SAKURA FES NIHONBASHI 2023
SAKURA FES NIHONBASHI is a signature spring event that brings vibrancy and unity to the city. For the event's 10th anniversary in 2023, Konel led the creative direction, producing the "Sakura Noren" installation—a space designed to reflect Nihonbashi’s presence and encourage relaxed social interaction. More than just an artwork, it served as a bridge between people and the city, demonstrating new possibilities for urban engagement.
- Nihonbashi Tsunagihuto
Launched in 2021, this project brings together local and outside collaborators in Nihonbashi to develop new city-inspired souvenirs. Over two editions, six unique food souvenirs were created. Bridgine, a web media platform, led the initiative, supporting and promoting the collaboration. By engaging local businesses and workers, the project fosters connections and a framework for ongoing co-creation within the city.
- Onomatopoeic Treats
We created sweets inspired by onomatopoeic words that describe texture, using local ingredients from across Japan. Developed in collaboration with ingredient producers, these treats are safe for children, aiming to foster communication between parents and kids during snack time.
- Harumi Kurihara
Created the logo and tagline for Harumi Kurihara’s new apparel brand.
- Mikan Shimokita
Mikan Shimokita, a mixed-use complex under the Shimokitazawa Station overpass, has attracted attention since its opening. As part of the station redevelopment, the area is being redefined as Tokyo’s Experimental District Shimokitazawa, with Mikan Shimokita serving as its central hub. Konel contributed as the branding partner for this project.
- Ku Neru Asobu( Eat, think,Play)
A new interactive product that lets you eat, think, and play. Snacks become tools, drawings, words, or even game pieces—there are no set rules, only the fun of discovering your way to play.
